Negligence&poor service

This to reference of my wagon r car, i had visited for service at KTL workshop in Lucknow, but at that day checking&testing the car on faizabad road the car met an accident by the mechanic of KTL Work shop & was badly dameged at left side where i was sitting &i got hurt in my left eye. But it was claimed by my insurance, again a poor experiance the car was not properly repaired, the left door was not opening smootly, the workshop care taker said come again after some time it will be done. This month by dec-09, the car was given for next damege claim, same thing happend the car is not repaired properly. It was already told &showed to the mechanic & car picked from my residence, 125, MARUTI PURAM, FAIZABAD ROAD, LUCKNOW.226016.

As your company aware about customers satisfaction and best services but in actual we are not getting services properly from your end. Customers are suffering everytime due to negligance and poor services at your workshops / service centre.
