Negligence &poor service

Sir,

this is to inform you that i came for service of my wagon r at the ktl workshop chinhut lucknow and there one mechanic took an drive of my vehicle very rashly and done an accident &the left door was fully damaged, i was sitting the same door& got hurt in my eye.on that repair work was done with my insurance cover but it was not repaired properly, after telling many times but the left door not repaired &told it will be repaired next time. In the meen time i gave my car again for claim then again it was not done & the main thing in this claim what was told not done properly & was sent in the same condition.
