Missing problem when the engine put on LPG

Sir,

Complaint against M/s Vineet Motors, Authorised Service Station of Maruti Suzuki Udyog at Aligarh (UP) for not addressing the missing problem of engine when put on LPG - Wagon R Car-UP-81AC-7719 - regarding

Once upon a time, the above service station happend to be the excellent one and the products of Maruti Suzuki Udyog in this Region earned good name and fame for Maruti Suzuki Udyog but in recent couple of months, the service station has not been functioning upto the satisfaction of the customers. Although, I have personally gone to the service station at Aligarh on 30-10 for getting the third free service done and also the fault of missing on LPG corrected. But nothing happened. Thereafter on 22-11, I emailed the above service station reporting the above fault. Nothing happened. Again on 29-11, I sent another email but no response. Ultimately, I sent the car on 24-01 for rechecking and personally reporting Shri Nitin Kumar proprietor of the service station at his phone No.9837848488 but in vain, He simply assured and paid only lip service. However, at his behest, an employee turned up on 25-01and took away the car and returned at 7.00 p.m. in the evening only after getting the car duly washed up but with the same persisting fault. In such circumstances, I find myself helpless and request you to please take away from the Gas kit from my car and also stop issuing duo variant of Maruti Suzuki Products especially wagon car. An early action in the matter is highly requested for. I also consider it my duty to apprise my fellow duo car purchasers to avoid such products. Action against M/s Vineet Motors, Aligarh (UP) is also requested for.
