I have been using Maruti Wagon R (Passion Red color) for last 3 years & did not face any issue except one incident which made my car look like a second car (2-3 colors).
Car met with a minor accident with an auto riksha, Front Left door had got dent & as per service centre manager (Spectra Motors, Thane), it was to be replaced & can't be repaired. I have gone for replacement & fresh painting on that door (I had shared the painting & depriciation cost).
Two issues -
1. The color never matched with the original color of car. (Even after my feedback to Service Manager, no action taken. In between Service Manager changed). My feedback through Maruti/Spectra business letter was not looked into. I gave up.
2. Color started coming out (after 3-4 months) - I complained to New Service Manager, but it didnt work again. As per him, he spoke to Service Manager (Painting) & will not be able to help. I had no choice left. I stopped taking my car to Spectra motor. Gave up again.
I didnt expect such service/ignorance from Maruti or its so called authorised service providers.
I would not have written this feedback, if i would not have faced another with my car ac today. (it triggered me to share my problem).
Now recent incident :
My Car AC was working perfectly fine till yesterday. Today I experienced very low output from AC but not zero.. By the time reached office it was zero (45 mins distance).
I hope it will be minor issue, as the car is less then 3 yrs old. Planning to take it to authorised service centre. crossing my finger...
