Maruti Wagon R Lxi DUO
Cheating of dealers

Dear readers

I recently purchased maruti wagon r Lxi Duo Model from Vehicleaders Kangra. Infact the sale of LPG driven vehicles are rare in Himachal as well as in Kangra so Dealer told me that I have to book that model. They gave the brouchures of Wagon r Lxi model. I read all the specifications of vehicle & booked the vehicle after paying a sum of Rs. 10, 000/- as booking amount. When I got the delevery & got the bills of vehicle, I found the seating capacity is only 4 persons instead of 5 persons as mentioned in the brouchure. The dealer told me that at the time of booking only wagon r lxi brochures were available, which is having the capacity of carrying 5 persons. Is that my fault? Then finally i registred the complaint in maruti customer care centre but till date no satisfactory resolution provided to me. This is how the dealers of Maruti as well as maruti udyog is cheating customers & making their money. This is the serious issue. If no satisfactory resolution will be provided to me. Then dealer as well as company will force me to take litigation action.
