Maruti Wagon-R Lxi
Fairdeal Noida is Denying to change the part, although the Car is in Gurantee

Hi,

Just wanted to bring the Issue into your Notice, I had purchased Wagon-R Lxi UP 14 CT 0571 from Fairdeal Noida Sec-11, in the month of

Feb. The current K.M. status of my car is approx 36 K, Just after purchase of 2 months somehow Fuel Pump of my car was blown,

at that time also Fairdeal simply lifted there hands and did not provided me the guarantee for that part. And I had to spend 5K for that.

And now my car is facing issue with Suspension, and as per Fairdel executives although i am valued customer for Maruti since my car was

serviced at maruti Centres every time before due date as per Maruti guide lines. But since my car was not serviced as per scheduled at 30000K

(however at this time frame because of the heating issue, car issue was rectified and for that also I had paid), so Guarantee wont be covered.

This is entirely illogical, If fairdeal did not changed the Engine oil or either filter at 30000K so it can't be the reason that

Suspension went wrong.

While selling time the executives use to state that up to 40 K, maruti owns the guarantee but in my case i see maruti no where owns the

Guarantee.

Please look at the matter, and make an arrangement so that the

suspension of my car gets changed since it's under guarantee.
