Perturbed over the purchase of Maruti Wagon R VXI top Model on 26/06, from DD Motors, Wazirpur, Delhi, I have to complaint about the non co-operative, in experienced and anti customer attitude of DD Motors, which has caused enough harassment to a Senior Citizen after the first service performed on 24.7. following faults occurred which caused enough frustration. 1) First service on 24.07.2011. 2) Mobil Oil started leaking from Engine, attended and wasted 3 hours on 18.08.2011. 3) Now AC has stopped working, my son took the vehicle twice to DD Motors Wazirpur, they showed their helplessness to rectify due to paucity of time. What a pity? They were very nice at the time of selling the vehicle and now when the faults are occurring they have no time. In fact faults occurring one after another, has shattered my opinion and confidence on Maruti Products, it appears as the staff of DD Motors are deliberately playing mischief with the New Vehicles and putting the customers to misery. Further it is observed that the allurement policy of the salesmen with DD Motors, ensuring all sorts of help, service, sober attitude, promptness, decency in behavior etc. etc. all lost after the vehicle is delivered. Even they are responsible for not replying to my various emails sent for early action. Such sort of behavior and attitude amounts to Deficiency in Service in gross violation of all Rules and Regulations under the CDRF Act and am legally advised to take up the matter with CDRF. Before proper legal action is contemplated, it is advised to direct your staff to remove the defects early. The Vehicle is not being used for the last 7 days. R K Nanda Wagon R No DL8CW2584.
