Poor service at the Dealer Service station

Sir,

I have sent the vehicle twice to the dealers service station for the repair of my AC in my ZEN.My vehicle has been attended twice & i have almost incured to the tune of Rs.10, 000.Still the problem is not resolved. During peak summer im suffering. Pls have good people at your service centres & kinldy revert back to me as what corrective action will be taken from your end.
