Dealr Problem

I have purchased Zen Estilo on 28th sept. from Jyoti Automobiles, bhiwadi, dist. Alwar (Raj).

I had paid the dealer as per quotation given by him and after 2 months when by RC Book and Vechile No and Others documents were pending with him. Now he is saying that he had given wrong quotation and demanding 11, 000 rupees more.

My vechile is finance from SBI Bhiwadi and original document is with bank.

My RC book and Vechile No is Hold by dealer. Kindly request you to help me in this matte
