MARUTU SUZUKI ALTO LXI
BATTERY UNSERVICEABILITY

I had purchased Maruti ALTO LXI in May from Kiran Motors. One day morning Battery of my car did not start, i contacted all on line service numbers but of no use. at 0830 when i contacted No. 02653271111, the reply was horrible, they said "Sir dhakka marke start kar lo and go to nearest battery show room i.e. CHHANI JAKAT NAKA. I ran from pillot to post but of no use. IS THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER CARE KIRAN MOTORS HAVE?
