Maruty Wagon R DUO
Poor performance of the vehicle

I own a maruty wagon R Duo since last two years and have taken 3 years extended warantee also. From the day one my car is having problme of gear. The gears are very hard and the reverse some time does not work and we have to try hard for same. I have got the vehicle serviced 3 times, I get the reply that we have changed the gear lever but the problem presists.

Also the average of my vehicle is very less it is only 12 KM/Liter on both LPG and Petrol.

I am fed up with the issue can you please help me out.
