Overfilling engine oil in 3rd free service broken wiper bottle

I am Dr Mayank dixit, from kanpur. Presently I own a ritz (UP78BZ6536), petrol vxi. In my third free service, fromS B CARS FAZALGANJ KANPUR, on 24 march I had a horrifying experience. I was made to wait for 4 hrs straight, only to change my oil. Instead of 3.2 litres recommended they put in 4liters!!! I came to know of this when My car started missing with funny sounds from the engine. On complaining this to the customer care, a lady Ms priyanka cut me off saying, I will call you back. The car also had a leaking wiper bottle. Despite of accepting this as a manufacturing defect, they refused to replace it..After repeated attempts to call them, with ridiculous replies I was left with no option but to lodge a complaint on this forum. Hope sombody listens to me and save my engine from any permanent damage.
