Delay in repair of ca

My car (Maruti Alto Regd. No. DL 9CE 0975) was collected by Allianz Automobiles, Mathura Road for repair on 23 August. They promised to repair the car within 8 days under cashless iInsurance cover. I make telephone call every day after 1st of September and they keep saying it will be ready in a day. Till today i.e. 15 th Sept. my car has not been repaired and I am disgusted with their false promise.
