Nuisance of playing cards, smoking and eve teasing

Dear Sir / Madam,

Can u please help us to fight and stop the nuisance of playing cards, smoking and eve-teasing in the Second class Borivali Coach in the Gujarat bound 19011 down GUJARAT Express train from Borivali.

Some of the miscreants named Mr. Billa, Mr. Karan, Mr. Kishore, Mr. Bhadresh start to play cards and smoke along after boarding the Gujarat Express train BVI coach from Borivali every day at 0630 hrs.

During these times if any woman requests them to stop smoking, they use the foul languafe and subject to verbal abuse. In the talk, if the women is a girl, they start eve-teasing her.

This has been daily observed by passengers like me as i travel in the same train to Vapi.

I shall appreciate if you can stop these menace at once and arrrest the culprits.
