Erractic delivery of gas cylinders

My Gas Consumer No. 4142, Booking for cylinder done on 1st Oct. 2011. No supply till date

I am now transferred to a new gas agency since April - AARTI Gas Agency, H. No.421, Road No.10, Sonari West Layout, Opp. Bharat Seva Ashram.

Ever since we have been transferred to AARTI Gas, we have been facing problems in getting

our Gas cylinder delivered. They take no more than 1 week to 10 days and this time it is 18 days.

On enquiry they say it will take another 2 - 3 days.

They they not polite in answering the Customer. (Tel: 2309700) The emergency mobile number 09801339123 is always answered by some irritable gent so says this is not Aarti Gas agency emergency number.

We request that they are reminded to be polite to customers and delivery should not be delayed so much.

We can understand waiting for 1 week.
