Initial failure of speedometer cable and its gear

Dear sir/madam,

we wish to inform you that I have purchased a Honda shine from your Dealer Mayank Honda Varanasi, vehicle reg.no-UP65BC8742 CH.NO-ME4JC36CCC8455815, dated on 28.03.12.

Two days before we observed speedometer was not working at KM-785.yesterday i went on Mayank Honda service center and lodge the complain of speedometer not working under warranty but they did the job on paid basis. I requested the works manager to consider this part under warranty for initial failure in vehicle. He told me this part will not be covered under warranty from initial stage. I suggested him there would be special warranty clauses for initial failure of component on the basis of service complains report. But he denied and did the R.O. on paid basis. I am fully disappointed from Honda service.please take satisfactory action on my complain.
