Delay in delivery of cylinde

I had booked for the gas cylinder after 20 days of delivery of the previous cylinder. consumer no 33403.though it is more than a month still they hasve not delivered it. I have been calling them daily&-though they have billed the same for delivery nearly a week ago. It has not been delivered.whenever i call them they promise to deliver the same day and so far nothing has happened. I had been to the office too and have given the contact number incase they are not able to locate the flat.

I kindly request you to do the needful. As a working lady it is really difficult to go and meet them. This has been happening last time too. i kindly request you to take the necessary action.
