I've invested Rs. 131, 000/- with MB car plaza at their branch at janakpuri Delhi in dec. 2007 . In the beginning they gave me 12 post dated cheques of Rs.8640/-. The first 5 cheques got transferred to my account easily but after that they started getting bounced. I called them so many times but they kept giving me irregular response. I freaked out so when i visited their branch the receptionist said i should talk to same guy who did my deal but their company sent him to their Cannaught Place head office. I visited there and that guy said that company is getting involved in real estate so now we have more chance to earn but i have to wait for that. I asked him for how long? He said for 4-6 months i said OK. But after that time period i called in their office & They said they fired that guy cuz he cheated with the company but they told me that i do'nt need to worry cuz they will send my information to their head office in Mumbai and then they will contact me. since then I did not get any update from them so i called their office but unfortunately their all phone nos. were not working and their office was not there anymore. I dont know what to do. I have copies of my agreement too.
