Aarya Cabs Delhi
Cab didn't come even after confirmation

I booked a cab from Aarya cabs on 09/17 for 09/18 04:00 AM from Dwarka to H. Nizamuddin Rly Stn (Ref No. 1000318009). At 03:10 AM 09/18 I received a SMS confirming my booking with Cab No. and Driver No. I was happy till the time I tried driver's no. which was temporarily out of service. I called customer service and they said I will get a call back from concerned dept. No body called me back. I had to call them again at 04:00 AM which was my pick up time as there was no cab at my house. Now customer service told me that the cab which was going to come to my house has broken down and they can't provide me any alternate cab. I was left with no cab at my house at 04:00 AM. Totally unreliable service. This was my first experience with Aarya cabs and it was disappointing. I will never book a cab from them and never suggest anyone else as well.
