Excess charges without the receipt

Hi i have parked my 2 wheeler outside status hotel which is in Nariman Point near Maker Chambers.

As per the receipt & rule parking for 1 hour is 2 rs & above that is 10, 20 30... etc...

I have parked my bike for nearly 25-17 minutes & they charged me for 3 hours that is 10 rs.

on asking for the reason the person told me that who will take 2 rs... minumum is 10 rs otherwise you have to pay 200 rs for towing charges..

when asked for receipt they told me that there is no receipt.

i dont know the government is doing for this... even the amount is not going in the state governments accounts... these bloody people are having fun & just looting the common people.

we need to take action against there peoples.
