Interest on car loan

Sir,

i took car loan for Rs 250000 on 26 march from sbi drive in rd branch ahmedabad. At the time of sanction i had been told that interest will be 9% for the first year and after that it will be taken at the pravailing rate.

sir, insted of promise mention as above from day one i am paying interest of 11.75%.Sanction officer who was looking after my file is no more with that portfolio.kindly do needful and oblige.
