Mega Cab
Non-reporting of vehicle

I booked a cab to go to Jaipur at 5.30 A.m on 10/05, the same was confirmed by booking no. B000433, then the cab no. was confirmed as DL 1 RX 3698 and chauffer Ravnder with mobile no.9654706469 was also confirmed.

As the driver didinot reported till 5.35 A.M i contacted to him on his mobile, the same was not picked.

I made the complaint to the office of Mega cabs, he gave the complaint no. 15 and told that senior from the company will talk to me in 24 Hrs, but 10 days have passed neither any senior nor any body from company talked to me, it seems they are pretty good at harassing the customers, I called them on 18 th, 19 th & 20 May and every time I was told that supervisor is busy and i will get the call from him within half an hour.

It seems the company, is highly irresponsible and they don't care for the customers I had told this to many people in my contact about the attitude of the company and many have cancelled booking with the company.
