I had made a booking with Mega Cabs, Mumbai, for a taxi cab vide Bkg No. B6 on 21-07 for commuting from BARC Guest House in Anushaktinagar to Airport at 0415 Hrs on 22-07 through my mobile No. 99985 22243. The booking had been confirmed through an SMS from Mega Cabs. When I enquired in the night, I was told that the driver details would be SMSed to me half an hour before the pick up time; when I did not get the SMS even at 0450 I rang up to be assured that the SMS would come immediately. Nothing happened for another 5 minutes which forced to me to call again; I was told that due to a technical snag in the Server (I donot know the relationship between the server and the cab) the cab could not be sent. Such audacity, temerity and nerve from the people who shamelessly brag about being the best taxi service in the world; I have half a mind to approach the Consumer court.

Shame on Mega Cabs!
