Vehicle not provided even after confirm booking

Dear Sir

I have booked cab on 4th Dec. 10, from Virar to Kalyan (E) for night 10:30 pm, in evening arround 4 pm, they have confied booking with reference #2135658, also they confirmed Car details can be providede before 30, minute

they have not called even not send any msg. when i called them arround 10:10, they told with in next 10 minute you will get cab details, after 10 minute i got a call and these guys have told me vehicle is not available hence they are cancelling this booking

which was really not acceptable at that moment, kindly have a necessary action on Meru guys
