At BIAL, Meru & other organized cab companies seem to have an arrangement with the touts of local cab drivers to ensure that customers stand in long lines so that they are forced to use the services of the local cabs, which exploit gullible customers & bundle many together in cars of pathetic condition. I hope the authorities look into this ASAP.
