Meru Cabs
Bad service

I booked a Meru cab to pick me up at 10 pm today (19 Apr) well ahead of time. I received 2 messages with details of 2 different cabs, but when I called up both drivers were unaware of the pick up. Subsequently I called Meru, which was unaware of the issue! After a while, I was told another cab would come and pick me up at 10:20. This is not the first time that I have had such an experience with Meru and the company is unconcerned and unapologetic about its poor service quality.
