Meru Cab Service
I booked a cab, a and the cab did not come till the scedule time

I had booked a Meru cab on 19 Dec Ref No: ABA38636 from Charkop to Chembur, the pick up time was 6:30 p.m., I called up to inquire at 6:00 p.m. to confirm the cab details, they informed me that the cab details will be sent to me by sms 15 min prior to pick up time, then again i called up at pick up time to inform that I had not received any cab details as yet, then they inform me that there was no cab available near my vicinity, I would have to wait for another 40 min till the time they arrange for another cab, Is it very unprofessional behavior on part of meru, they should have informed be this at least half- hour prior to the pick up time so that i could make some alternate arrangement, I will never use there service again
