Inefficienct of service

We have been using MERU CABS for over 2 years now, and their systems are extremely lousy putting us into a lot of inconvenience. This is despite a physical SMS sent tous confirming the booking. But 95% of the time, the cab details do not arrive on time, and on calling their call centre, the response is either downright rude or non-existent, save a feeble sorry or "will get back to you"!

Perhaps, for lack of any competition in mumbai or lousy service or both, they are fleecing the customers ..

Wish to formally lodge a complaint to the MD Mr. Gupta hoping atleast he would respond!
