I gave my car for servicing on 11 December They charged me a c=hefty amount of 3000 where in the car wasnt clean from inside and also the car wasnt doing very well. My family member went back to them and showed and they said they have done all. He insisted them to check the spark plugs which they claimed to have cleaned. Two of them were cleaned and two were choked with dust and dirt. He asked them to wash the car to which they said they have no time. I would like to request for you to take an early action and if not taken ill have to approach the Consumer court.
