Poor quality Car Tyres

Sir,

I had purchased four Michelin Tyres for my Wagon R. on 22.02.2009 from an authorised dealer of Karol Bagh, New Delhi. I was repeatedly asked by the dealer that Michelin is the world's no. 1 quality tyres.

though the prices are much higher than other brands, i purchased the Michelin Tyres.

but i m sorry to inform you that both the front tyres are tottally finished just after one & half year (less than 20000 k.m.). on 29th Aug one of the front tyres got burst while driving.

i want to inform here that earlier i was using MRF tyres which i used for four years (more than 50000 k.m. )

it is matter of regret that company is claiming it self world's no.1 tyre manufacturer & the quality is so bad.

I have lodged the complaints online with company but there iw no response. Even there is no body to pick the phones of Hotline no.s.
