Harrasment Of Booking Clerk

Dear Sir,

Iam Regional Manager in Micro Labs Limited No#27, Race Course Road, Bangalore-560001, India iwent along with my wife for the resevation at Lucknow City Station Counter No#Ladies on which some Mr Nigam was sitting today ie 04.04.2010 (Sunday) at 10 am he denied to do my resevation as i was having two slips requests for the resevation when i told him that all the contents of the passenger are same on both the slips then he said ok you give Rs 20 (Rs Twenty Only) for the second ticket then only i will do the reservation of this request slip. I told several time that iam manager and i have go for tour's frequently iam not travel agent i also provided him the visiting card of my company. Now iam very much harrased if you will not take action against him i will complain to the Railway Minister and also take the legal assistance from the experts.
