Redem of points

Hi

I was Miles & More member. I redeemed my points for Sun Glass which was never delivered to me. After wairting for 2 months time I called Mile & More and started correspondance with them. They said stock was not available and I was told points lapsed. I questioned I should have been informed if stock is not there and some alternative should have been given. Neither Sun glass vendor called to to date me.

Making correspondance with Miles and More was useless as they did not accepted my point.

It was not pmy fault if item is out of stock, they should tell me and give some alternative.

Pls.look into this matter and advise
