Non receipt of RC book after 1.5 yea

My father has purchased a INDIGO CS in Feb. 2010 and he passed away after 6 month when I have contacted miles motors a dealer of this car for RC book for transfer the car and its insurance policy on my name I got a soaking and surprising answer by dealer that my original RC book with another around more 20 RC book has been misplaced by them and they are in process to get the duplicate one I was not able to run the vehicle due to non availability of proper documents the risk of insurance was transferred on my head and the most important I had not got a little support form dealer for the same expect for false commitments my warranty of car passed away due to non receipt of documents The car is still used for 4500 Kms only even after 1.5 year. Now the dealer requesting me to come at RTO and get my duplicate RC book but he is not giving any commitment for my lost warranty due to his mistake only.
