Not Returning of Gear Lock though they collected under warrenty gear lock

Respected Sir,

Last year I purchased Gear Lock for my Car (Minda Make) but last month it was jammed I called minda service centre and there executive opened, he took jammed gear lock with him and told company will replaced the same within 4-5 days. But over a month gone they are just making full and there manager mr. Nirmolak singh is not picking phone.

so please kindly request you to please look in to the matter because it is big risk to keep car without gear lock for such a long time.
