Non Delivery - not cannot contact by phone

I am K V Philipose Panicker, my consumer no. G 727 (47654) in the Mini Gas Agency, KUNDARA (the only local gas agency in Kundara.of I O C) The gas agency is not at all responding to any phone calls for delivery or gas booking. For gas booking there is an interactive phone, but for delivery the agency is not caring at all to supply gas in time. The most sorry thing is that the agency never keep their phone on cradle receive phone, so that when ever a a complaint is to be registered it is impossible over phone. The agency has given 4 land phone no., two BSNL No.(0474) 2522959 & 2522759 and two other Reliance Land phone no. 3250129 & 3246939 but none of the phone is answered any time. It is underdtood that the no. consumers in the agency is more than they can handle and no other company or any biforcation to the above agency for the last 15 years. The unwieldy condition add fuel to the agencys indifference and consequently the consumers are moving from pillar to post to get a refilled cylinder. Please go in to the matter and redress our complaint soon. Thank you
