Unattended work and failure to deliver service

I had given my car maruti 800 for service to Mithra agencies, @ Moosapet, Hyderabad, for service, the job card was written a copy of the same with ewstimate was also handed to me, with the assurance of delivering the car after due service at 6. p.m in the evening on the same day.

When I had gone to collect my car, the car was in the same position as I had given, my car was given at 9.40 a.m in the moring of 15 Nov and it was marked no 4, that means it was an early car and could have been attended to my vehicle no is AP 8757 . The mechanic said that the car was unattended, and discreetly says why I did not receive the call, they have never informed the same to me, and he said he will deliver the same to me tomorrow, but what is the use and why he could not attend to the car explanation given was they did not have time to attend to my car as there waere many cars, in that case, few questions arise, 1) why did you accept my car for service,

2) why did you not inform me at any time and delivered my car back to me, you have used petrol for test drive for 2 km,

3) Is it because they do not care for small old cars,

4) Does this not amount to gross negligence of duty.

i had disappointedly returned the job card stating embarassment, agony and hardship caused on account of deficiency of their service.

how am i to be compensated for this or how will maruti suzuki the big name in cars deal with deficient authorised service station of theirs.

is this jungle raj of theirs.
