Spoiled my car, worst car service centre

I have driven my car to service centre on Sunday 17-April with some starting troubles, and promised my car delivery in 2 days with expected amount of Rs 4, 000/-, I agreed and signed their terms and cont documents, after 2 days I went to collect my car Maruthi Zen D and found that my car is not reparable for Rs 4000/- and expected charges to make my car working condition is more than 30, 000/-, I denied and asked them to give my car in same condition. They have billed me Rs1350/- and car is not even able to start and my remote is not working, headlights horn, indicator everthying relates to electrical parts are not working, they have driven my car out of Mithra Agency service centre in more damaged condition, ther Technician Narsimha and Venkat reddy who cheated my and made my car complete damage, they should have atleast given my car in startup condition aas I brought the car into service cenre by driving but I have tanken out of such bigh show room by tying my car to auto trolley..worst service and cheated me...
