Completely unsatisfied with car servicing

I've gave my car for servicing to Modi Hyundai service center in Thane. I've reported in the evening to the service center as per the time mentioned in job card. I've informed the advisor over phone before reaching to the service center that I'm coming. Is my car ready? I've been told it will be ready by the time you will reach. I stay in Kalyan and went to service center in Thane at 5.30pm. I've wait till 7pm and follow up with service manager and car washing service head to get the servicing of my car. When I was returning home I've noticed that the major problem which I've reported of my car .i.e. alignment problem is still exists. I am really fed-up since I've travel from Kalyan to Thane and than wait till late and still the servicing is not done. I've been charged 3463/- rupees. Please do the needful asap.
