3rd year extended warranty certificate not provided even after 3 months

I had purchased Ford Fiesta 1.4 Sxi from Mody Ford, LB Nagar on 11.08.2010. But till now they had not send the 3rd year extended warranty. Whenever I called they are telling it will come directly from Ford. After calling no of times they had given their Sr. Manager sales, Mahesh number and asked to contact him. He told after calling Three times 3rd year extended warranty was registered and asked my mail ID to forward the copy. I had sent 3 mails and SMS also. But till now he had not sent the 3rd year extended warranty. This is the behaviour of Mody Ford.

At the time of buying the showroom experience also is horrible. They never stick on to their words. Mr. Santosh is the sales executive. After showing all the papers and after contacting with their senior persons they had delivered as per the quotation but till now they had not send the 3rd year extended warranty. After then they never enquired about the status of the vehicle. Earlier I had purchased Maruti 800 AC from Saboo. Even till date Maruti people are in contact with me regarding the vehicle performance. That is why Maruti crosses sales of vehicles 100000 in a single month.
