MOHAN MOTORS
MONEY TAKEN AND NOT GIVING CAR NOR INTEREST

Myself Mr. Rohit Tamakhuwala the partner of M/s A TO Z COMMUNICATION has booked a WAGON R LXI (Glistering Grey) on 16/12 with Mohan Motors (Saltlake). I had made the full down payment and was assured 15 days delivery time as mentioned in order booking form. Mr. Amit Saraswat the asst. general manager has taken my booking. Now i have said that i cannot get the car and i have to cancell the booking.

1) Why did he took the booking if the car cannot be provided.

2) Who will bear the Processing Charges and Cancellation Charges of the Loan.

3) I need the Interest of all the days for the money kept with you.

Please confirm me what action is being taken or else this issue will be taken against legally and will come out in press.

I CANNOT EXPECT SUCH THINGS FROM A BRAND LIKE MARUTI SUZUKI.
