Complain against Caravan Packers & Movers

Non receipt of Car (Getz Prime, Hundai Make). The car taken by M/s Caravan Packers & Movers, Mumbai branch on 02.04.2010 (Challan no. 2171 dated 02.04.2010) but I have not yet got the delivery. On contacting persons Mr. Anuj Jain/ Mr. Tripathi at Mumbai & Mr. John Mathew at Delhi, wrong information are being given that it will be delivered within one or two hours but till date no where about of the car is traced nor want to give the details of higher officers. It is very surprising to find the ISO certification award to the Company. Kindly help me in this matter.
