Missing of print rate on product wreppe

I purchased a Hero Honda super splender tube of MRF company from a local shopkeeper firm named M/s mittal tyres purani Tehsil road Khurja. He took Rs300/- from me while the print rate of the tube was Rs 260/- that was cut by burnt.when I asked in this respect he did not reply setisfectory. the tube No. is 2.75-18 date of manufacturing is August.
