Poor Quality MRF Tyres

I bought a new Hyundai Verna CRDI VGT Diesel car in February fitted with MRF radial tyres. MRF supplied a printed warranty card with Six years warranty along with the vehicle. All the tyres started exhibiting premature wear and tear before 18000kms.

On 6-10, at 18000 and odd kms., the metal wires of front right tyre came out risking the life of my wife and I.

On 14-12, right rear tyre burst at 30000 and odd kms. in Punalur town, while driving to hospital.

Mr. Manu Krishnan, MRF technical Service Engineer failed to inspect the tyres despite informing him personally regarding the tyre burst. I also informed the Manager, MRF depot, Trivandrum.

Fed up with MRF;I bought four new Michelin tyres from New Bharat Tyres, Chakkai;Trivandrum on 18-12.

I have retained all five worn out MRF tyres safely to claim compensation.

Please be kind enough to compensate me adequately.
