Lack of water and not no fan is switched on during summe

Tiruvallikeni MRTS sation is in lack of basic facilities. There is no drinking water and no fan is turned on during this summer season. This is really a weird problem for the passengers whom they regularly travel from this station. Even first aid could not be possible, if no water is provided to public. So authorities should not be lethargic in acting to this situation. Please do provide some basic facilities for the passengers.
