Non Receiving of Household goods

I have transfered from Kolkata to North Lakhimpur, Assam. On 20/07 I handed over my household goods to the M/S. ARHAM PACKERS & MOVERS, P-26, KALINDI HOUSING SCHEME, KOLKATA-700089 with commitment from the agency that the goods will be delivered within 20 days. But after 3.5 months yes I repeat after three and half months past I not received my goods. Moreover the person not receiving my phone calls. In the last conversation (21/09) I was told that my goods are in godown at Guwahati and it will take only five days to reach. But waiting is seem endless. I am writing this complain on 30/10.
