Rude behaviour of gas staff

LPG consumer with M/S Bokaro Flame, Sector 12-C, Bokaro (Jharkhand) Whenever I use to telephone to book a cylinder the person Mr. Guru Mishra & Pappu Singh never used to pick up the phone, because of which i am a Female senior citizen who used to cover 7KM from my home to gas agency to book my gas number. I personally visited at the counter and them to be immediately suspended because of whom many of the gas holders are found that phone is ringing and these bulgers were not picking up the phone..I want facing problem in getting gas...
