I bought Alto LXI CNG model on 31-Mar from M/s fairdeal cars pvt. ltd. Shahdara. At the time of deal, their representative Mr. Manish Rathi committed that the will be giving Sony Stereo Set fitted with Car. But when they handed over the Car to me, the music system of JVC was installed. I asked them to replace then they told me that come after 10 days we will install Sony and then un-installed JVC stereo set. Now they are saying we can;t give you either JVC or Sony Stereo set. I am helpless because have already paid money..I can't do anything now.. Please help me...
