M/s. General Motors has offered a Gold Coin for purchasing a SPARK. Till date I have not received it

I had booked a Vehicle (SPARK) and sent my Booking Cheque (with booking date – 12/10) on 08/10 to M/s. Empire Motors, Bardoli, Surat, Gujarat. I was assured that if the gold coin scheme is valid, I will definitely get it. This is the scheme from M/s. Chevrolet (General Motors) India. I came to know about the continuation of gold coin scheme on 09/10 and it was communicated to the sales persons of M/s. Empire, Bardoli. The advertisement for the same was also published in local News Papers and also on Television. I have taken a delivery of the vehicle on 15/10.
After several times communication and hot discussions finally I got the answer like “the executives of M/s Empire Motors, Bardoli ware not aware about the gold coin scheme at the time of booking & delivery and therefore they have not communicated to their main branch at Surat and further, because of this only I will not get the GOLD COIN”.
At present government is insisting for using of CNG for pollution free environment. I have asked to the company for allowing me to install the CNG kit in my SPARK wtih all the warranties.
Till date I am not getting any answer from M/s. Empire Motors, Bardoli or Surat or even from M/s. General Motors.
Further please inform me whether your three years maintenance free scheme is valid if I install the CNG Gas Kit in my car (SPARK)
