Sir / Madam,

I bought Fiat Punto Dynamic on dated 8/12 from ABS Motors Gurgaon. During the first drive I noticed that car is moving towards the left. I told about this to executive and he was able to convince me by saying that it is problem wheel balancing and everythig will be fine after wheel balacing, I drove the car my house after the wheel balancing. But problem was still there. After some times I again gone to service center of ABS motors with the problem they again did the wheel balancing and told me that problem will get over after first service. Again, after the first service same problem was still there and I gain drove to ABS service center. Then they realized that it is due to something else not due to wheel balancing. They came to conclusion that it due to nakkals of steering. They ordred to change the nakkals of steering and took a week to fix it. The car is still with service center and they are going to deliver in today evening. I do not know whether they will be able to fix the problem or not but my question why they delivered defected car?

Who are going to compensate for the set back which I suffured by buying a Fiat car?

Who are going to pay for luxury of driving the new car which could not get?
