Suspected sale of already booked ca

This is to put it on record, that I booked my vehicle (Tata Manza) with ABS Motors ; Gurgaon. I was told by the Sales representative (Mr. Ranbir) that the vehicle will be delivered max within 12-15 days, Once you have made the booking. I kept asking him for the confirmation and the date of delivery, but this guy never called me for almost 15 days. Finally, I had to call him and he still had no answer, I had to call the sales head to launch a complaint about the rep, upon raising a compliant, rep calls me and tells me that it may take anothe 10-12 days., but still no specific date.

I am a kind of sure that the dealer has divered my vehicle to some one else and holding on since I have already paid the advance of Rs.35000/- to the dealer.

I want that someone should let me know, how to dig out the delivery facts and go into the deapth of the problem, where these people are obliging someone who is in the habit of breaking the queue by probably shelling out some extra.
